This 1926 San Marco bungalow, at the corner of Belmonte Avenue and Cedar Streets was awarded a 2015 San Marco Preservation Society "Neighborhood Beautification" award. It underwent total renovation by the current owners in 2013.
Kitchen has been opened to living and dining areas.
All original, restored wood floors in living areas and bedrooms are a deep expresso stain. New, extended master bath has been added as well as a large walk-in closet. Designer bathrooms have marble inlaid flooring, marble countertops in master, with walk-in, frameless glass-enclosed shower.
