The "Sprayground" is just one sparkling feature that will make up the new amenities center at Crosswater at Pablo Bay, the new community sprouting up off of San Pablo Road from Mattamy and David Weekley Homes, Providence Homes and Cornerstone Homes.

In an immense two-acre space reserved just for fun, there's a park just for humans, a park just for dogs, playground and splayground with a very big fountain for very hot days in the Florida sun. The amenities center will be called "Central Park," and if you want to hop in the car a go looking for some offsite fun, the beach is about a 10 minute drive.
