It’s been highly anticipated, and home buyers’ interests are increasingly drawn to the Old San Jose high-end townhome and single family home development on San Jose Boulevard, just south of the intersection of San Jose and University Boulevards in Lakewood.

Up to now, Old San Jose has been known for its high end townhomes that have been on the market only a short time, and received rave reviews, and more than a few interested buyers. This new single family home section broke ground about 6 months ago, and soon, homebuyers will be able to take a tour of one of the homes, scheduled for completion in late August.

It’s called the “Kingston” model, and weighs in at a whopping 3,500 square feet of living space, with its four bedrooms (including double master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs). The Kingston is will be priced at around $585,000.

And the lots are are going fast. Of the 27 single-family homesites available at Old San Jose on the River, seven are already reserved.
