Nocatee by the Numbers

Nocatee has reached a prime milestone, as we’re seeing so many neighborhoods now half-sold or nearly all sold out of new homes.

But with the Nocatee population swelling, the growth is ramping up to make room, with several new neighborhoods on the drawing board, yet to be announced.

Lots happening in Nocatee, including strong sales, and robust growth.
As Nocatee sells, Nocatee grows, with many new neighborhoods, restaurants and services on the horizon.

Here are some general stats (these change daily) for Nocatee as of early November 2015:

  • Twenty Mile Village – 121 homes sold
  • Twenty Mile Pointe --  12 homes sold
  • Twenty Mile Island --  11 homes sold
  • Del Webb – 1,020 homes sold
  • Coastal Oaks – 463 homes sold, and about halfway sold out
  • Siena at Town Center --  23 homes sold
  • Addison Park -- 48 homes sold
  • Lakeside – Six remaining homes in Phase 1 & 2
  • Willowcove – Only four homes remaining
  • Greenleaf Village – Two builders actively remaining, Providence & Weekley.  Only four homes left.
  • Greenleaf Lakes – Three builders actively selling – only 28 homes remain
  • Twenty Mile, The Crossing --  now selling from David Weekley, Standard Pacific, Providence and Dostie Homes (the new builder in Nocatee).
