Nocatee by the Numbers

Posted by Donny Mak on Monday, November 9th, 2015 at 1:00am.

Nocatee has reached a prime milestone, as we’re seeing so many neighborhoods now half-sold or nearly all sold out of new homes.

But with the Nocatee population swelling, the growth is ramping up to make room, with several new neighborhoods on the drawing board, yet to be announced.

Lots happening in Nocatee, including strong sales, and robust growth.
As Nocatee sells, Nocatee grows, with many new neighborhoods, restaurants and services on the horizon.
