SEDA Homes - Jacksonville New Home Bulder "In Focus"
Linda Semanik, Sales Manager for SEDA New Homes, said in a recent interview, “We are a family business in every sense of the word, from family members, to our employees and subcontractors, to our homebuyers. It is the relationships that we have built along the way that have meant the most to us.” In 1982, John A. “Sandy” and Linda Semanik began with the vision of providing Jacksonville home buyers with the best quality home for their money and the best service, both before and after the sale. During the past 29 years, three generations of the family have worked for the company, from John’s father to the couple’s children.
The Semaniks credit much of their success to their employees, who they say are like family. “Many of our employees have been with us over 12 years, some of which have been here over 20 years,” says Semanik. “We have been there for one another during the ups and downs of life, and the ups and downs of this unpredictable real estate market.”
SEDA New Homes has sold over 6,000 homes in Jacksonville and are now building in eleven communities located throughout Duval, Clay, Nassau, Baker and St. Johns counties. Prices range from $120,000 to the upper $300’s, and here’s a great perk from SEDA -- their communities charge NO CDD fees!
Bloom Realty’s new home builder “In Focus” series highlights selected area home builders, and gives our readers a view into their history, the makeup and mission of some of the best known new homebuilders in our area.
