 Nocatee has again reached the top ranks of Master Planned Communities in the U.S.
For the second year in a row, Nocatee ranks Number 3 among all Master Planned Communities (MPC) in the United States.

It's official -- Nocatee is again ranked the third best selling community in the entire United States. Nocatee new home sales are up 30 percent over 2014, selling 1,105 homes in 2015. Nocatee is now home to more than 4,000 households.

Providence Homes has announced their selection for Twenty Mile Village in Nocatee. Starting in the high $300’s the Twenty Mile Village "Village Grove"section has 70’ home sites in one of the most sought after new developments within Nocatee.

Nocatee again makes top five master planned communities in U.S.   2014 was a high water mark for Nocatee, named #3 master planned community in the U.S.   For the third year in a row, Nocatee is ranked as one of the most popular master planned communities in the nation.
