The Crossings at Twenty Mile is the newest neighborhood in Nocatee.   The Crossings at Twenty Mile will have four builders and plenty of lake and preserve views. 
The Crossings at Twenty Mile will announce models and pricing in November announced that pre-sales will begin in March. This is the most reasonably priced offering in the Twenty Mile enclave, which also includes The Village, The Pointe and The Island.  

Twenty Mile in Nocatee was possibly the most anticipated new neighborhood in Nocatee, being tucked into Nocatee’s northeast corner, off of Valley Ridge Boulevard, with its own dedicated amenities center and parkand the shortest drive to the ocean.

Under $200K Townhomes now a reality in Nocatee
The Dreamfinders offering at the Palms will include attached one story and two story townhomes starting at around $175K. 

Nocatee has an unmet need, and Dreamfinders is filling it.  The Palms townhomes will be priced at a modest $175,990.They will sell fast at this price in Nocatee, especially the one level attached homes, which have been relatively hard to find in Nocatee until now. Single story attached homes have been available by Toll Brothers in Coastal Oaks, but at a higher price point.

Providence Homes has announced their selection for Twenty Mile Village in Nocatee. Starting in the high $300’s the Twenty Mile Village "Village Grove"section has 70’ home sites in one of the most sought after new developments within Nocatee. 

Providence announced three floorplans, four to five bedrooms, up to four baths, all with three-car garages. Twenty-Mile is one of Nocatee's newest, rising among St. John County's sprawling oaks. It’s a rustic, old Florida feel community comprised of three separate, unique neighborhoods and amenities, each offering homes in a variety of types and prices: Twenty Mile Village (high $200K's), The Pointe, ($400K's) and The Island ($500K

Currently, just two new townhomes remaining in Willowcove. Currently, just two new townhomes remaining in Willowcove.    The Nocatee lifestyle doesn't exactly scream townhomes and condos. But the reality is, they sell as fast as they can build them.   In 2007, Pulte put in Del Webb townhomes and Tidewater condos. Since that time, Dream Finders is the only builder to start a townhome project, Willowcove, and there are only two of them left.     As of this writing, there are four resales in Tidewater and Del Webb, and three of them are under contract.   Why aren't more builders investing their resources in townhomes and condos at Nocatee? The Willowcove Townhomes, for example, make a lot of sense if you're not a fan of mowing the lawn, but you still want to live in 2,500 square feet…
