RiverTown in St. Johns County will have New Developer at the Helm.
The former developer of Durbin Crossing will be in charge of planning, development and marketing for Rivertown, the master planned community in St. Johns County. The new developer, Jason Sessions, is with Mattamy Homes, the Canadian developer that is also building their homes in Rivertown. They purchased the development from The St. Joe Company.
Rivertown has taken a hit because some new home buyers think it's just too far flung to justify going five or six miles further into St. Johns County than Durbin Crossing. Especially if they work in Duval County.
