One of Avondale’s most beloved styles of houses is the Bungalow because of it’s quaint charm and historic qualities. A Bungalow is typified by having 1-2 stories and a low pitched roof. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing, the front porches usually stretches the width of the house, and the entryway opens right into the living room. These types of houses are usually an open floorplan and feature built-ins for better usage of small space. We chose our top 5 Bungalows in Avondale and here’s what we found!

Is there anything more charming than a little red door? We love this little 2/2 for so many reasons. It’s covered front porch offers shade and a perfect space to sip coffee in the morning or enjoy the warm Florida evenings! The historic feel juxtaposes the newly remodeled kitchen with a gorgeous glass tile backsplash.

Glass door nobs adorn each door and the newly remodeled bathroom features an eclectic but classy tile which gives the home personality. You can even walk to the Shoppes of Avondale from this location. This 3/2 has everything you are looking for in a Bungalow.
1026 Cherry Street
The first thing you’ll notice as you walk into 1026 Cherry Street is the abundance of light that flows into this home.
