This permit is being handled by LG2 Environmental company and is expected to take about 6 more months. Once the permit is complete there will be an additional cost for the mitigation and then the cost of the fill dirt. The dock permit is also being handled by LG2. Once these permits are in hand the seller intends to raise the price accordingly. If the buyer wishes to purchase prior to the permit being issued the seller will assign all rights to the permit application to the buyer. Seller will allow buyer to communicate directly with LG2 prior to posting a deposit in order for the buyer to get more specifics regarding the permit
