Under $200K Townhomes now a reality in Nocatee
The Dreamfinders offering at the Palms will include attached one story and two story townhomes starting at around $175K. 

Nocatee has an unmet need, and Dreamfinders is filling it.  The Palms townhomes will be priced at a modest $175,990.They will sell fast at this price in Nocatee, especially the one level attached homes, which have been relatively hard to find in Nocatee until now. Single story attached homes have been available by Toll Brothers in Coastal Oaks, but at a higher price point.

Providence Homes has announced their selection for Twenty Mile Village in Nocatee. Starting in the high $300’s the Twenty Mile Village "Village Grove"section has 70’ home sites in one of the most sought after new developments within Nocatee.

Mattamy is now selling lots in the Reserve at Greenbriar, a new master-planned community in St. Johns county. There are new roads and utilities coming into Palencia in advance of the new Costa del Sol community. Construction has started on the estate-sized homesites in one of the most prestigious master planned communities in the area, Palencia in St. Johns County. These big, estate-ready lots range from 180 to 350 feet deep and 90 to 140 feet wide.    Costa del Sol’s 62 prime homesites are covered in a huge oak canopy, many with Intracoastal Waterway and golf course views. Preliminary lot prices range from $125,000 to $750,000.
