The original plan for Aphora at Marina San Pablo involved 57-unit condominium project just west of the Intracoastal Waterway off of J.Turner Butler Blvd. According to a letter from developer Bove, plans are on the table for eleven upscale townhomes as well.  The coach-style homes will be 2,700 to 4,000 square feet, each with a two-car garage. Prices start at $750,000.   Developer Gale Bove cited the increased demand for townhomes in the Northeast Florida market as a driver for the additional units.
