Both residential and commercial real estate are heating up along the coast, outpacing other areas of the city. The Orange Park-based builder Richmond American will develop Ocean Terrace at 440 South Beach Parkway, near the northwest corner of JTB and South Beach Parkway.

The chances of success are good.    The campaign is to focus on the city’s burgeoning craft beer scene.
