Both residential and commercial real estate are heating up along the coast, outpacing other areas of the city. The Orange Park-based builder Richmond American will develop Ocean Terrace at 440 South Beach Parkway, near the northwest corner of JTB and South Beach Parkway.

"Visit Jacksonville!" is a great resource for what's trending when it comes to drawing folks to our fair city. Visit Jacksonville! has in the works a campaign to promote beer. The chances of success are good.    The campaign is to focus on the city’s burgeoning craft beer scene.
