But with the Nocatee population swelling, the growth is ramping up to make room, with several new neighborhoods on the drawing board, yet to be announced.
As Nocatee sells, Nocatee grows, with many new neighborhoods, restaurants and services on the horizon.
Here are some general stats (these change daily) for Nocatee as of early November 2015:
- Twenty Mile Village – 121 homes sold
- Twenty Mile Pointe -- 12 homes sold
- Twenty Mile Island -- 11 homes sold
- Del Webb – 1,020 homes sold
- Coastal Oaks – 463
