Pulte is pre-selling the new Bayberry Townhomes in Bartram Park   Pulte commands a lot of ground in Bartram Park, with sold out communities like Greenbriar, which has been a huge hit with townhome buyers.    They've got new townhomes pre-selling in the Bayberry community, just down the boulevard.
